Peanut Butter Hi-Hats:
Not for the faint of heart, this peanut-butter/chocolate combination is only for the serious PB eaters. A dense chocolate cake, topped with a creamy, Reeses-inspired, peanut butter frosting, and then dipped in a semi-sweet chocolate shell. You'll need to enlist the help of a friend to finish one of these bad boys.
Strawberry Lemonade:
Reminiscent of childhood lemonade stands and vacations at the beach, this is one of my favorites. (Not to mention this is the cupcake I hooked my soon-to-be hubby on). This fluffly strawberry cake has a burst of cool lemon tart in the center and is topped with a light and sweet strawberry mereingue frosting that is a joy to eat on it's own. Topped with a light ring of organic sugar to recreate that 'first sip' taste.
